Recently returning to her Taree home from the beautiful Coffs Coast, Lorren joins our busy office bringing valuable knowledge from her time working in Real Estate. She worked in Reception being the first point of contact for clients and customers, in addition to providing support to the Holiday Letting department in a fast-paced agency.

With insight from her Business Degree she completed in 2018, combined with experience from working in the Hotel & Tourism Industry, she brings a refreshing energy and motivation to our office. She has completed her Certificate of Registration in late 2020 and will be preparing to now obtain a Real Estate License.

I would like to acknowledge your excellent reception staff when I contact your business with a question or need for discussion on any matter. Lorren and Larissa are two young ladies who come to mind just now. I often ask for one of the staff who have contacted me by email in regards the progress of some issue and quite often that staff member is busy with a client or out of the office.  However, on all occasions, your reception staff know exactly what is going on, aware that an invoice or phone call regarding the matter has been dealt with and when, and they can reassure me when the invoice can or can't be dealt with, generally without any further input from me.  Today, a call to deal with a maintenance issue while the tradesman is on the property for another matter, allows for prompt and timely repairs without a second trip. It makes our random lolling about Australia, a very attractive option for quite a few more months and I thank you and your staff for your ongoing management of our properties.
